Anita Barone

Barone was Gail Cunningham in The Shoes of Seinfeld season 4. She was a chef who was named Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. Barone was part of the team of Carol & Company in early 1990s alongside actress Carol Burnett. Barone was also the ex-wife of Geller's character, Carol Willick, in the character's first appearance in Friends. Jane Sibbett, who replaced Barone when she left the show due to her desire to play a part-time character with a bigger role, took her place. She played the role of The Jeff Foxworthy Show's first season from 1995 to 1996 and The War at Home, from 2005-2007. Barone costarred on Daddio (2000). Barone is also a part of Desperate housewives, Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not disturb Ally McBeal Caroline In The City Party of Five, The Larry Sanders Show and Desperately Housewives. In 2004 Barone was awarded her 2005 Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award for her work in movie One Last Ride. Barone's recurring role on Shake It Up Disney Channel show Shake It Up started in 2010 just three years after The War at Home finished its run. Barone played the role of Officer Georgia Jones, the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave, Barone's husband and actor Matthew Glave, guest starred as J.J. Jones in two episodes.
