Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible husband JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our family. I am most well-known through my Instagram page, @annephung. In this blog, I will share my story-the highs, the lows and all in between. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. In the age of 1 and 1/4 I was able to join my parents. To give them a chance at a more successful future, I focused on achieving success and put in the effort to get there. Within my head, I could see the path I wanted to take for my future. You go to college and graduate. Wed. Purchase a home. Get kids. My life that I imagined for myself was not what it turned into. 2013 was the year I realized the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. While the pay and position was good however, I wasn't sure if it fulfilled me. In reality, I thought I was simply spending my time. The passion I have for fitness as well as my passion for socializing with others led me to pursue a new career as an instructor. My business was founded in 2014. It is my 7th birthday this year. Few Asian women work in the industry of fashion. To lead in my field and provide quality coaching to enable others to achieve an improved and happier life by establishing a life that is tailored to suit their requirements and to reach their goals. In addition, I strive to motivate others to follow their goals and dreams so that they can achieve what they want to achieve. As my professional career took flight and I was advancing, my mom passed away. It was the hardest of all. She fought a long and arduous battle with Scleroderma and is resting in Heaven as well as with me in my thoughts and heart always. The lessons of life often go unnoticed yet they can prove extremely useful. My Mom's passing changed me in so many ways. I believe my mom offered me a second chance at life through her death. Her death occurred in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. It was the day she decided to begin her new life. I had my second chance at living a happy and fulfilled life. In my 30's, I feel more alive than ever. It is true that I am living my life now, instead of merely living as I did in the past. I share my life to you with the hope that you will resonate by my experiences and words in order to let you be aware that you're not alone, for you to be aware that you are beyond capable of anything that you can imagine. the fact that real love is there and therapy is normal and needed to be healthy is truly the greatest form of wealth. Because death is all there is in this world I want you to enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
